Nautica Malibu TriathlonLOS ANGELES, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ --Los Angeles will again play host to some of the world's finest athletes, celebrities and philanthropists when the 22nd Annual Nautica Malibu Triathlon, presented by Toyota, invades Zuma Beach on Saturday, Sept. 13, and Sunday, Sept. 14.

Monique Coleman Joins America’s Second HarvestHigh School Musical star Monique Coleman joins America’s Second Harvest and ConAgra Foods Foundation to Pack Lunch Bags for Hungry Kids in LA on Tuesday.
The event was held to raise awareness of the significant increase in demand that foodbanks across the country are currently experiencing. Monique handed out her exclusive “Fight Childhood Hunger” lunch bag to the first 500 kids who packed shopping bags full of food products donated by ConAgra Foods Foundation. Coleman designed the special edition lunch bags as part of a national retail campaign benefiting America’s Second Harvest. “Kids are getting ready to head back to school and it’s important to ensure that they have full stomachs with the balanced meals they need to reach their full potential,” said Coleman. “I hope our efforts today inspire kids across the country to organize their own food drives to help hungry kids.” 11 pics added to the gallery thanks to JJ! Monique Coleman is a Spandex StarHigh School Musical star Monique Coleman sports her spandex outfit in Los Angeles on Tuesday as she trains for the 2008 Nautica Malibu Triathlon.
The event will be held on Sept. 14 and benefits the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
